LEEF is a project of TNO (Brightlands Materials Center), RADS Global, GlassforGlass, MCC and Laudy Bouw. The project has been initiated by TNO.

LEEF is funded by the OPZuid (European Fund for regional development), the Dutch Government and the province of Limburg. The developed demonstrators are tested in a building project chosen by Laudy Bouw (coloured BIPV)and at the Solarbeat facilities in Eindhoven (Sunsmart).
